Shipping & Return Policy


Orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours.

We are unable to change or cancel an order after you've placed it.

It is possible that your order may be cancelled during high volume periods due to inventory selling out. If your order is cancelled, we will contact you with 3 options. We can exchange it for something else, give you an online store credit or issue you a refund.

Return/Exchange Policy

  • Returns/Exchanges - A full-priced item may be returned to us within seven (7) days from the delivery date for a full refund/exchange (see below for non-refundable items). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and returned in the original package with tags in tact. The following items will not be eligible for a refund: any discounted promotional items (except quality issues), tights, jewelry/accessories, and Upcycle Central items. 
  • Wrong Product/Doesn't Match Product Info - You have seven (7) days from the delivery date to notify us if the wrong product was delivered or the product does not match the corresponding description, in terms of color, material, design, or size, etc. Photographic evidence of the product package and item are required. Please email AssedoOfficial@yahoo.com and we will assess the claim and respond. If the claim is substantiated, we will offer either a replacement or full refund.
  • Wrong Quantity Delivered/Missing Item - You have seven (7) days from the delivery date to notify us if the wrong quantity of items was delivered or there was a missing item. Photographic evidence of the product package and item are required. Please email AssedoOfficial@yahoo.com and we will assess the claim and respond. If the claim is substantiated, we will offer either a ship the missing/wrong items or a full refund.
  • Packaged Refused On Delivery - If you refuse a package it will be shipped back to our US processing center where it will be marked as a returned item. When you request a refund for this returned item we will pass the return shipping cost to you and refund your money minus the shipping cost.
  • Upcycle Central - All sales are final on these items.  
  • Deeply Discounted Accessories - All sales are final on these items.  These items will not be restocked once they are sold out. 
  • Customized Tees, Hoodies and Bags - All sales are final on these items as these are customized and made to order.
